The occupation of one of the principles of EBL.

Hummmmmmmmmmm doesnt strike me as the sort of business that would sustain a 50% interest payout .
That he wants EXTRA income ..of that I have no doubts!

Now, while this person may be a very nice kind thoughtful married man, if he was capable of generating the kind of money he is offering YOU...then why is he operating a inboard/outboard repair shop?

If he was such a financial genius you would think he would OWN the boats ..not be repairing the engines.

I see you know of Michael(jlpicard) Laughing
I spoke at length with him about EBL...he actually put forward some very good arguments as to why EBL would be a legal investment for me to consider.....
I'm now waiting for a reply from the SEC to my e-mail asking if EBL is legal or not.
Michael did ask me to contact him when the reply comes so I'll be sure to give him a ring...If the answer isn't to his liking I'll offer the SEC his home phone number. That way Michael can explain to the SEC why EBL is legal and does not require any sort of license or registration Wink

Would that be Michael Szczepaniak, of Canadian Venture Partners?

He doesn't seem to have much confidence in EBL lasting more than one year, judging by his site promoting this scam.

Another red flag. Why are they so desperate to hide from general view (SEC, FTC et al).

From their site:

They are getting even more desperate to hide from prying eyes. They know that free members are likely to reveal too much to the public eye, paid members, with a vested interest, are more likely to obey the rules.

The latest email from EBL:

Subject: EBL Update - Now open for new members again!
Date: 7 Oct 2007 05:46
From: Solomon Mayer <4ebl>

Hello everyone,

These are exciting times now at EBL. EBL has been
cleaning house to make sure that the signed up members
are legitimate, to improve and assure the quality of
its membership and preserve the security and integrity
of the program. So, EBL has removed all previous
sign-ups from the program that have not submitted ID
docs to identify themselves, after giving them 2 weeks
to do so.

Also, effective immediately, there will be no more
advertising on Forums or on the internet of any kind.
This includes search engines, signatures in forums,
website advertising, email marketing or list blasting.
(My website will be changed to comply with these
latest changes).

As a results, EBL has also changed the sign up
process. No longer can you use a referral link.
Instead, anyone interested in becoming a member will
have to be referred personally by another member.

Hmmm ... Solomon ... another "snipped one" scammer?

EarnByLoaning: Interview and Review

Hello readers. Sharon of NoBS HYIP Blog conducted an interview with the managers of the EarnByLoaning (EBL) program. She also did a review of the program, and gave it a 4.5 out of 5 rating. I trust her judgement so I'd also like to extent my further recommendation of this program (I already recommended it already by simply having it on my blog - I only recommend the best).

Click the link below for the interview:

Click this link for the review:

---UPDATE June 01, 2007 ---

Just to let you all know I have well over $600 in this program, and once this program gets approved by a ROTH IRA company I intend to invest an even more substantial sum. To find out more about the SD-ROTH IRA approval CLICK HERE to read a recent post of mine about it

---UPDATE June 02, 2007-

Program has been approved by a SD ROTH IRA company as a legitimate investment opportunity. To read more about this visit this blog posting:

EDit: personal details removed by request
And what is your point? What I am not allowed to have my house on the market just like everyone else?

You people haven't revealed one bit of incriminating evidence about EBL.
The only thing you guys successfully do is harass other people.

I also got one rather mysterious phone call recently from some guy who purports to be "John'. He had an atrocious Asian accent and could barely speak any English at all.

After seeing this post I am suspecting that someone from this forum is to blame. After this unfortunate but avoidable accident I removed contact info from that posting. But, mark my words, if anyone attempts that again I will get the law involved in on this.

Now if you guys are supposedly so good at investigating scams why don't you concentrate your efforts on EBL itself and stop harassing the members. So far it looks as if you haven't succeeded in your efforts so you resort to harassing anyone associated with EBL.

I want to see some solid proof folks, not pure speculation and guesswork. Have you any solid proof?

lol..Maybe. I have a suspicious mind so when I saw the posting here with a link to my for-sale ad I just put the two together. Maybe I was wrong.

umm..no, I am not "making so much money" and I am not "upsizing"...and as for promoting an "illegal product" I think all of you failed to prove that it's so called "illegal". You are just speculating. Why don't you produce some document or some info from the SEC or whatever alphabet soup agency you can find?

I have no doubt you are "trying to bust scams" but sorry to say, but you aren't very effective.

As for the "promotional" site. Well, even though I genuinely believe EBL is not a scam (could be wrong but I feel reasonably confident) I think I'll just take off the so called "promotional" site.

Meh..I don't think you convinced me that EBL is a scam, but whatever, I took down whatever was remaining of my "promotional" page. What I do ask in return is that you take off any references to my e-mail address and that post to my property for sale.

Now get back to your scam busting activities...and hey if you've got something substantial feel free to let me know.

See, allinvain, I think you're labouring under the misapprehension that anyone wants or needs to convince you of anything.

It's your money, your time and your decision to do whatever you wish with both.

Unfortunately, that's not where the story ends.

You and your cohorts made the massive jump from "HYIP game" to outright fraud when:

You allowed your game to appear on the internet
You targeted retirees and self directed IRAs. "Elder" fraud is viewed with great disgust by lawmakers.
You misrepresented a connection with both Paypal and Pensco Trust.
You refused to back off when warned.

See, there's this nifty little phrase on the statute books especially designed for situations like this, where people hold what they're promoting out as being legitimate.

It goes something like: "The defendant knew or should have known that the opportunity he was offering/promoting was illegal" Accepting the word of a promoter without doing your own due diligence is a recipe for personal disaster.

Ask all the people being sued by the CEP receiver if blindly accepting the word of a fraudster is considered an excuse.

Never fear, my cocky friend, the law may move slowly, but move it does.

The fact that you and your mates real names are prominently available connecting you all to this scam only makes prosecution more likely.

Added to which, the aggresive and dismissive way in which you have all responded to being "outed" has, without doubt, made damned sure many "victims" will not lay down and go away until justice is not only done, but seen to be done.

Yah Yah, I know. I got the message that you're all just a bunch of sour lips who just like to spew vitriol. I don't think you guys are here to prove anything just to attack and berate anything you somehow "feel" is a scam. It's all a big waste of time, so I don't think I'll be participating in this discussion any more. You all don't strike me as serious (perhaps there are some exceptions).

Wrong, there is now "You" here. *I* did not target anyone. Stop with your silly groupthink, okay?.

Ah, so you have proof that Pensco Trust did not aprove EBL for use? Let's see it.

So what are you trying to say?

Its easier and quicker if you make a statement without quotes, your "first" post is a bit of a jumble.

Why is it in the EBL thread...if you dont reply today..I will most likely delete your post..
Edit : Instead of deleteing..Dairy's post have been relocated to Lost and Found ..thread located in Open Season.
